We identify manufacturers that meet our capability and quality bar and invite them into a structured onboarding process. No supplier joins the network by signing up.
- 2Capability Assessment and Sample RFQ
Each candidate is assessed against ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications, then sent an RFQ for a sample part that matches their claimed expertise.
- 3Trial Production
The candidate makes the sample part end to end, using the same digital platform, quality documentation and delivery process as a real customer order.
- 4Quality Assessment and Formal Agreement
The trial part is evaluated for dimensional accuracy, finish and documentation. Suppliers that pass are formally onboarded into the Partner Portal.
- 5Ongoing Evaluation
Every order after that is tracked. Performance is monitored on a new supplier's first jobs, and on-site visits check that standards hold as volume grows.
